We have hired people over the years that were only looking for a summer job and that is just fine.
We also have hired people that went on to start their own landscape business and we helped mentor them to be successful.
We even hired a landscape laborer that showed so much potential he quickly became a project manager. This person worked his tail off and we decided that he deserved to own his own business so we sold him ours and we financed it for him so he was able to take over a landscape business doing well over $1 million dollars in sales a year. By doing this it helped him to create a great life for his family while also allowing us to open another branch of the same business.
So do not think that landscaping is a dead end job. You can take it as far as you want or you can use it as a stepping stone for doing something else.

We are starting our search a little ahead of time so we can find the right people. We are looking to hire between now and the end of March so if you are thinking about a career change reach out to us and lets see if we are a fit for each other.
